Picture Loops Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Picture Loops does not collect, transmit or share any personal information. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking, and no account is needed.
Who we are
Picture Loops is made by Eyenapse Ltd, which is the data controller for the app. You can contact us about privacy at data@eyenapse.com.
Information stored on your device
So that you can carry on where you left off, the app saves the following on your device only:
- which puzzles you have completed and unlocked;
- your settings, such as music and touch sounds;
- whether the full version has been purchased.
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to it. It is removed when you delete the app, although your device may include it in its own backups (for example iCloud or Google backups), which are controlled by you and your device provider.
In-app purchase
Picture Loops offers a single, optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full version. Purchases and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details or any information that identifies you. The app only asks the store whether the upgrade has been bought, so it can unlock it on your devices.
The app connects to the internet only to communicate with the app store about purchases.
App stores
Picture Loops is distributed by Apple and Google, who may collect information about your use of their stores and devices independently, under their own privacy policies: the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
Picture Loops is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information, it collects none from children.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data from Picture Loops, any such request can be sent to data@eyenapse.com and we will confirm this in writing. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
