Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
We don't collect personal information from our website or our apps, and we don't use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking.
Who we are
This policy covers the eyenapse.com website and the apps made by Eyenapse Ltd, which is the data controller. You can contact us about privacy at data@eyenapse.com.
Our apps
Picture Loops has its own privacy policy: Picture Loops Privacy Policy.
Eyester does not collect or transmit any photos, filtered or otherwise, or any other personal information from your device. Optional premium effects are bought through Google Play, which handles the payment; we never receive your payment details.
Our apps are distributed by Apple and Google, who may collect information about your use of their stores and devices independently, under their own privacy policies: the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking, and it doesn't load anything from other websites. If you choose a language on the Picture Loops page, that choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so you aren't redirected away from it; it stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Children
Because we collect no personal information, we collect none from children.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data, any such request can be sent to data@eyenapse.com and we will confirm this in writing. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
